Under the new Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive, when a customer purchases an EEE product from us, we are required, by UK law, to provide a 'like for like' take-back service for any old or broken EEE product (if applicable) – this service is provided 'free-of-charge' and can be utilised in the following ways:

• If you live locally then, you may return your WEEE to our head office in person.
• You can post any WEEE to our head office and we will reimburse your postage.

IMPORTANT: The waste product must be returned within 28 days of date of the new purchase.
